When students come to Silver Oak Academy, they become a part of a cohesive, supportive community of peers and qualified staff.
Silver Oak Academy embraces Positive Youth Development principles, offering students normalized middle and high school programming and several opportunities to engage with their family and communities.
This page houses our Rite Now’s—news bulletins which highlight the accomplishments of our students across all program elements. These include graduations, community service projects, athletic awards and other special events. The Rite Now’s showcase our wide array of student clubs, on-campus activities, field trips and opportunities made possible through our community partnerships.

Annual Performance Reports
Our Food Services Department provides nutritious meals and snacks to students and staff through participation in the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, and After School Snack Program. Regulations regarding meal patterns and program procedures are established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. (www.fns.usda.gov/school-meals/child-nutrition-programs)
Not only is our department concerned with serving nutritious meals, we are also very diligent in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Our staff members are trained and ServSafe certified.
